Start a Chapter
A Hearts for Tomorrow Chapter is a local subdivision of our initiative that hosts events and involves community members to promote heart health awareness at the grass root level. A chapter can be situated in a school, organization, or small community. Each chapter will have a chapter leader, events planner, social media officer, and outreach director to ensure organization.
Join the Board
Members of the board of directors will help oversee all school chapters and choose 1-2 aspects of the organization in which they will be in charge of. A board position is a great commitment and requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent leadership. Board positions include: secretary, treasurer, chief social media officer, chief research officer, chief outreach officer, and chief digital officer.
Host an Event
Hosting an event is a great way to raise awareness for heart disease. Events include walkathons, CPR informational sessions, healthy cooking demonstrations, informational meetings, and more.
